Retirement Plan
Eligible employees receive a generous company contribution regardless as to whether or not they contribute.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Accrued time off is based on years of service. Unused PTO is cashed out at the end of each fiscal year.
Medical & Prescription Drug Insurance
Employee, 2-Party, and Family coverage offered. There are two plans to choose from. Employer paid portion for employees is 90% + and 2-Party/Family coverage is 80%+ of monthly premiums.
Dental & Vision Insurance
Maximum benefit of $1,500 per person each year. $150 of the annual per person maximum can be used towards vision coverage instead of dental.
Life Insurance
Company paid employee life insurance provided by Standard Insurance. Includes accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and dependent coverage.
Other Benefits

Flexible Spending Plan (FSA)
Employees can make tax free contributions through payroll deductions for medical expenses not covered by other health insurance plans and eligible dependent care expenses. Annual pre-tax savings contribution and rollover amounts for medical expenses are set each year by the IRS. Annual dependent care FSA limit is $5,000.
